We are a company that was established in 2008 during the “Great Recession”. Our company founders came from the financing industry because they saw a need for real estate investors to have access to funds and the lack of options for them at the time, outside of conventional loans. Many investors are continuously turned down for business loans by the traditional banks for various reasons. In fact, the statistics are 90% of all business loan applicants are declined by traditional banks.
Our customers are at the heart of our business. They range from first-time real estate investors, to seasoned professionals who embody the entrepreneurial spirit.
